The sales guy design as per your preference but have no clue about the actual fittings . I have made sliding cupboards and it supposed to have 3?doors, the fitters came and started to install & amend and fix they way their likings they never even discuss the changes. The cupboards storage was fixed in awkard way that i was not able to reach the cabinets and the hangers creating obstruction to close the doors! Followed with the complaints asked them to send someone to fix this. It been 3 weeks now no sign of them coming back. Its absolutely rubbish company to work with staffs have no manners to talk and care about customer experiences. Please avoid this company they are thugs!!!!

We had been searching for an expert company for living space renovations. We felt some unique furniture design would do justice to the big space. So, we started looking and found one. Good job, team. We’re happy with the result.

Really rude staff , my mum calling them to fix her drawers since 3 months ,they put her calls on hold n after waiting 20 min on phone she had been told that manager is not in will call you back once he is available. . My mum call them today morning again please send someone to fix it n we were ready to pay the labour n for material.. And the lady on the phone said sorry we can’t do small repair and it’s not our job.even though we r still in 5 years warranty. She was so rude to my mum .. instead of helping her she started shouting at her. Manager wasn't really interested in helping or calling back to my mum. They just want business.

Called numerous times to get this repaired. They are not at all interested in complying to what they promised. Very rude staff who totally ignore all your phone calls and shout at you on the phone. Would never use them again nor recommend. Id give it zero stars if there was an option.
